A MAKING METHODS OF AN INSULATION PANEL FOR COMPLEX WINDOWS AND THE INSULATION PANEL FOR COMPLEX WINDOWS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an insulating panel for a complex window and the insulating panel which is manufactured using the same are provided to enlarge a usage range of waste materials and to recycle the waste materials as the insulating panel having insulation and soundproof properties by combining the waste materials with the complex window. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an insulating panel comprises the following steps: crushing styrofoam waste after putting the styrofam waste into a rolling pulverizing device; eliminating gas collected in the styrofoam waste by breaking a pore which is formed in the styrofoam waste; transforming the styrofoam waste into gel state through the heat generated when the styrofoam waste is crushed; crushing the Styrofoam waste into a chip shape after a cooling work and recycling the crushed styrofoam as a recycled material; mixing the crushed styrofoam recycled material and a synthetic resin recycled material in a mixer; making a recycled material mixing compound by injecting a foaming agent and adding an additive to the mixture; and manufacturing the insulating panel by molding the mixture into a plate shape through an extruding mold.
