PURPOSE: A transaction process method and a system using a video call and recording medium therefore using a video call for including a video call terminal in a call center and a recording medium therefore are provided to supply a new transaction based on the image authentication instead of a faced authentication. CONSTITUTION: An information transmitting unit(215) transmits ID card photographing area interface output information to a client video call terminal. A video authenticating unit(245) confirms the image authentication information of the client corresponding to the client face image is inputted. If the image authentication information is inputted, an information storage unit(250) stores the client face image and identification card image. |
