PURPOSE: A girder transportable arch structure construction method and an arch structure built with the same are provided to transport unit girders to the designated position and construct an arch structure without dislocating a crane in a cut slope or the like where it is hard to locate the crane. CONSTITUTION: A girder transportable arch structure construction method comprises the steps of: constructing a foundation(20) along both sides of the road, installing a crane(200) for girder transportation on one side of the road, transporting unit girders(10-1,10-2) using the crane and placing both lower sides of the unit girders on one side of the foundation, pulling the placed unit girders to the other side of the foundation to make the unit girders close to each other, and securing the unit girders in the foundation.
