PURPOSE: An input apparatus for dry sludge and an input method thereof are provided to smoothly transfer dry sludge by controlling the storage quantity and transfer quantity of the dry sludge, and the transfer quantity of carry air. CONSTITUTION: An input apparatus for dry sludge comprises a main storage part(10), an air carrying part, an intermediate storage part(30), and an input part(40). The main storage part keeps the dry sludge. The air carrying part conveys the air to a carrying pipe(23) in order to transfer the dry sludge. The intermediate storage part stores the dry sludge transferred from main storage part by the air carrying part. The input part throws the dry sludge. The air carrying part comprises a blower(21), an ejector, and a carrying pipe. The ejector is connected to the main storage part and controls the feeding speed of the air. The carrying pipe is connected between the blower and the intermediate storage part.
