PURPOSE: A sensor circuit is provided to perform temperature compensation through change of a reference voltage by the temperature of an output signal. CONSTITUTION: A sensor device outputs an output signal having a first temperature coefficient. An amplifier circuit(AMP1) amplifies the output signal of the sensor device. An amplifier circuit outputs an output signal having a second temperature coefficient. A voltage reference circuit(BL1) is comprised of a voltage dividing circuit and a temperature correction resistor. The voltage reference circuit outputs a reference voltage having a third temperature coefficient. A comparator circuit(CMP1) compares the output signal of the amplifier circuit with the reference voltage of the voltage reference circuit.
