PURPOSE: A female stand-up urine auxiliary tool and related clothing are provided, which enables urine to be exhausted through the auxiliary tool to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A female stand-up urine auxiliary tool comprises: an inner cavity(402) for discharging urine, which is covered with vinyl; and a vinyl aid(404) for covering vinyl, which is formed into a round shape of funnel in which bottom is cylinder form and a contact surface(403) coming into contact with the urethra is formed. The vinyl aid is made of soft polymer, and has cylindrical bottom and fan-shaped top.
