PURPOSE: A non-glossy cosmetic composition for lip make-up or lip care is provided to ensure moisturization effect over conventional cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A non-glossy cosmetic composition for lip make-up or lip care contains a copolymer comprising two or more silicon derivative ingredients and a hydrocarbon compounds. The copolymer is denoted by chemical formula 1, (H3C)3Si-O-(S1-S2 ~-Sn)-Si(CH3)3. In chemical formula 1, S is silicon derivative segment and Sn is other silicon derivative segment. The copolymer is contained in 0.1-50 weight% based on total weight. The hydrocarbon compound is contained in 0.1-40 weight% based on total weight.
