PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing red bean beverages is provided to make the red bean beverages with red bean grains by adding natural brewing vinegar in a red bean steaming process and mixing black beans and red bean filling with a constant rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing red bean beverages comprises the following steps: washing red beans(S10); steaming the red beans in a pot after putting the red beans in a perforated case(S20); washing the red beans after putting out from the perforated case; putting the red beans into the perforated case; steaming the red beans with sodium polyphosphate; storing the red beans with natural brewed vinegar for 20 ~ 30 hours; crushing the red beans and black beans; adding all kinds of flavors and sugar; filling the red beans in a container; removing tannin; and compressing the red beans for 30 ~ 50 minutes. |
