<p>PURPOSE: A hinge device and an electronic device having the same are provided to simplify a structure of swivel method which rotates a cover or a main body of an electric device by vertically, thereby reducing the number of parts and an assembly process to reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A hosing(210) has penetration hole for cable which connects a cover and main body of electric device. A pair of brackets(220) is arrange on the housing which direction is on the straight line by right and left and fixed to the main body and the cover. A pair of tilting units(230) respectively rotates the brackets form the center form X-axis about the housing in a state which elastic force is given. A swivel unit(240) is arranged on lower part of the housing and fixed to the cover and the main body, and vertically rotates the hosing by the center of Z-axis in a state which elastic force is given.</p> |
