PURPOSE: A decorative sheet for an insert forming and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to obtain three-dimensional effect using a base sheet and to visually offer texture and color through a transparent adhesive layer and a surface layer. CONSTITUTION: A decorative sheet for an insert forming comprises: a base sheet(10) having a three-dimensional shape; a decorative layer(20) which is laminated on the upper side of the base sheet; an adhesive layer(30) which is spread on the upper side of the decorative layer and is composed of a transparent material; and a surface layer(40) which is laminated on the upper side of the adhesive layer and is composed of the transparent material.
