<p>The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector as shown in the drawings; the carbon monoxide/smoke detector presents a generally rectangular housing with generally flat front and rear surfaces and curved corners; the front surface presents a large raised circular area with beveled sides and a central slightly recessed circular area; a pair of smaller circular recessed areas overlap the outer edge of the large circular area; the front surface also presents three spaced-apart parallel recessed areas adjacent the lower right corner thereof;the rear surface presents generally identical shallow recessed circular areas adjacent the corners and generally identical raised oblong areas adjacent the sides of the rear surface, each oblong raised area having an elongated oblong slot merging in a larger cylindrical opening in the outer surface thereof; the lower portion of the rear surface also present a large raised generally rectangular area with a large shallow rectangular depression in the outer surface thereof.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a left front perspective view of the design of the carbon monoxide/smoke detector;Fig. 2 is a right front perspective view thereof from above;Fig. 3 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 4 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 7 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 8 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.</p> |
