The device has transport containers (1) that are assembled hermetically by sealed joints (2) and are welded together to form a hermetic housing module. A picture window (3) is arranged in the housing module. A technical room (7) is arranged outside a hermetic zone in which channels and sheaths of the housing module are formed. A double flow ventilation unit (5) assures regeneration of air in the hermetic zone. A less expensive insulation (6) is made by materials with strong insulating capacity. An independent and protective structure (8) protects the housing module against climate change.
