The face of the substrate includes multiple trenches for receiving electrically conducting ribs (5) that are placed in contact with the lower electrode. A surface of the lower electrode is arranged on the ribs. The lower electrode and the ribs are made of different materials. The ribs are made of copper, and the substrate is made of glass.
