<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OA blade designed so as to be efficiently manufactured by suppressing generation of burrs as well as short shot. <P>SOLUTION: In the OA blade obtained by providing the surface of a long-length plate with an elastic member in a longitudinal direction, the surface of the hard plate has been roughened. Ra value regarding surface roughness is desirably 0.1 to 0.5 μm. Further, Rsk value is desirably positive value. Since the surface of the plate has been roughened, when the plate is set in the prescribed position of a die upon manufacture of the OA blade, the roughened surface functions as a gas release mechanism useful for exhausting unwanted gas retained in a cavity of the die.
