<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To define customer's will for cause of death investigation/cause of death specification following the death of the customer and to manage expenses necessary for the investigation/specification of the cause of death. <P>SOLUTION: An insurance system of cause of death investigation/cause of death specification includes an insurance information processor (0001) managed by an insurance company, a terminal device (0002) installed in each insurance agency, a terminal device (0003) installed in each hospital, a terminal device (0004) installed in a card preparation company, and so on.
