<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multipoint sensing method for a capacitive touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: Voltage variation of each electrode in the same electrode layer is detected by means of a capacitive sensing circuit, when a part where the voltage of the electrode changes is detected, vertical capacitance constituted of two electrodes crossed each other on different electrode layers is measured where the voltage changes, the vertical capacitance is compared with the vertical capacitance crossed and formed by the two electrodes before touch, and a point where the voltage changes is determined as the actual touch point when both are different. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
