<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technology which can paste (integral-mold) a film independently to a frame body irrespective of the size of the film. <P>SOLUTION: A molded product 43 in which the film 12 is pasted to the resin frame body is manufactured by the following method: (1) the film is reinforced with a solvent soluble or solvent collapsed reinforcing layer 15; (2) the reinforced films are inserted into injection molds 61, 71; (3) the resin is supplied to the mold to paste the frame body to the reinforced film while injection-molding the frame body; and (4) the obtained injection-molded article is treated by a solvent to remove the reinforced layer. In the film, a stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene film is desirable, and a permeable resin is preferably combined with the stretched porous polytetrafluoroethylene film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
