PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform non-return type overcharge protection even in a battery pack which uses a protection board with a small mounting area which has difficulty to implement non-return type overcharge protection by mounting a chip fuse to an input of a charge control FET in place of a power generation element and a temperature fuse for non-return overcharge protection in a conventional protection circuit of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes: a voltage detection circuit which detects a battery voltage, and outputs an on-signal when the battery voltage reaches a set value or higher; and an overcharge protection circuit of a secondary battery which is composed of two switches SW1, SW2 which are turned on by receiving on-signals from the voltage detection circuit; the chip fuse which is fused due to the flow of currents caused by the turn-on of the SW1, SW2; and a charge control switch SW3 which is turned off by the fusing of the melted chip.
