PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a getting-over preventing plate capable of preventing a loosened linear material from getting over a collar of a reel, even if the reel overruns, and pulling out the linear material. SOLUTION: Two getting-over preventing plates 40 include a getting-over preventing plate body 41 having such width that allows it to be inserted between a pair of collar parts of the reel, and protruding parts 44A, 44B provided by protruding onto each side of both of side parts of both of ends in the direction of length of the getting-over preventing plate body 41 to abut on the outer peripheral faces of the collar of the reel partially, respectively. The getting-over preventing plate 40 on one side includes a bent part 42 being closer to one end side than a central part in the longitudinal direction between the protruding parts 44A and 44B on both of end sides, and an opening part 43 being closer to one end side and corresponding to a drawer port of a storage box including the bent part 42. The getting-over preventing plate 40 on the other side includes the bent part 42 being closer to one end side than the central part in the longitudinal direction between the protruding parts 44A and 44B on both of end sides.
