PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central ventilation fan reducing the number of parts, easily obtaining a stable joint state between members to be joined, and reducing an air leakage. SOLUTION: A body case 5 having a plurality of suction ports 2 in one side face and an exhaust port 3 and a suction port 2 in an opposed side face comprises a first body case forming member 5a including a fan casing 6 and the vertically bisected suction ports 2 and exhaust port 3, and a second body case forming member 5b including the vertically bisected suction ports 2 and exhaust port 3 on another side. The body case 5 is enclosed in an outer enclosure case 8 made of a steel plate and formed by thread-fastening in a vertical direction, and joining force is applied to the first and second body case forming members 5a, 5b by thread-fastening. The number of parts is thereby reduced, and joint parts are reduced while applying uniform force to the joint part.
