<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for repairing a bank having a flow guide section. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A pair of rails 10 are suspended along the longitudinal direction of a top end T, and a support rail 20 movable along the pair of rails 10 is suspended to be laid over between the pair of rails 10 through a space on the flow guide section F formed under the top end T. A horizontal scaffolding rail 30 supported movably along the support rail 20 is suspended, and an inclined scaffolding 40 is disposed with its upper end movable along the horizontal scaffolding rail 30 and with its lower end supported to be adjustable in height from the horizontal scaffolding rail 30. The upper end of the inclined scaffolding 40 is moved along the horizontal scaffolding rail 30, and the height of the lower end is adjusted to adjust the tilt angle of the inclined scaffolding so as to be along the bottom face of the flow guide section F.
