<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for manufacturing a port in cylinder head in which the port of the cylinder head is manufacturing without melting a thermal insulating material which is disposed in a cylindrical sealing part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The port of the cylinder head is formed in such a manner that; a first aluminum plate 22 is wound to a port core 21; a heat insulating body 23 with a heat insulating material covered with a porous cover is wound to the outside of the wound first aluminum plate 22; a second aluminum plate 24 is wound to the outside of the wound heat insulating body 23; the first and sec aluminum plates 22, 24 are joined to each other at both ends of an air suction port; a cylindrical sealed part 25 having the heat insulating body 23 is formed between the first aluminum plates 22, 24; a suction port 26 for vacuum-sucking the inside of the cylindrical sealed part 25 is formed; a port unit 20 formed with the suction port 26 at a molding mold of the cylinder head is arranged; the cylinder head is cast while maintaining the inside of the cylindrical sealed part 25 by performing vacuum suction from the suction port 26; and the port is manufactured at the cylinder head.
