<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamfering cutter that performs high-speed hole chamfering and elongate-hole chamfering on a drilling machine, which have not been done by a conventional chamfering cutter unless a milling machine, machining center, or the like is used for the high-speed hole chamfering and elongate-hole chamfering. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By providing a guide (3) having elastic force, the inner face of a workpiece (13) is brought into press contact with the guide stronger, and chattering of the workpiece with the chamfering cutter is suppressed to perform high-speed hole chamfering and elongate-hole chamfering by a drilling machine which have not been done before.
