The present invention relates to a container cap for sealing an opening of a container that contains various kinds of liquid such as beverages or drugs. More specifically, the invention relates to an improved container cap which has a holding unit so that the force is easily transmitted by the holding unit when rotating the cap, wherein the holding unit is formed at one side of the cap and protrudes outwardly. Therefore, people with weak hand force, such as women and children, can easily open and close the container. The container cap provided by the invention is a known cap which is coupled to a container for sealing an opening of the container, wherein a holding part for fixing user's finger is integrally formed at one side of the outer surface of the known cap, thereby easily transmitting rotational force and facilitating the opening and closing of the container cap when a user opens and closes the container cap. The holding part can be formed to horizontally protrude to the outer side of the cap or to be indented in a part of the outer circumferential surface of the cap.
