The device (1) has a holding down clamp (3) arranged between supporting elements (2). The clamp has a base element (4) including a retaining bracket (5) and a height adjustable pressing element (6). The pressing element has pins at two ends for linearly guiding the pressing element through a guiding recess with sliding movement and without generating rotary motion. The pins are attached to a bosh profile of the guiding recess. An elastomeric part i.e. rubber lip, is attached to the pressing element and projects at a base side of the pressing element.
