METHOD FOR DETERMINING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF REPERFUSION THERAPY

Disclosed is a method for simply and rapidly determining whether a reperfusion therapy given to a subject is effective or not. The blood collected from a subject who has received a reperfusion therapy is contacted with an antibody capable of recognizing ADAMTS, and a complex produced as the result of the contact is detected.  It can be determined whether the reperfusion therapy is effective or not by comparing the ADAMTS level in the blood collected before the reperfusion therapy is provided with that in the blood collected after the reperfusion therapy is provided.
