PURPOSE: A card manufacturing method using an etching plate is provided to enhance a frictional fore with a wallet through embossed carving and engraving if a design, a character, and a design formed on external side of a card, thereby lowering the loss riskiness of the card. CONSTITUTION: An etching plate(110) with a design, a character, or a figure which is embossed carving and engraving on one side. A card plate basic material(130) is stacked between the first presser portion(120a) with the etching plate on one side and the second presser portion which is close to the first presser portion. The design, the character and the figure of the etching plate is transferred on one side of the card plate basic material by heat and pressure from the first and the second heating plate. The card plate basic material is separated from the second presser portion after cooling. An IC chip is arraned to a grove form on the card plate basic material. |
