PURPOSE: A wastewater processing device and a method thereof are provided to conveniently and easily manage and repair a facility by transferring precipitated sludge to a sludge thickener, and to prevent a solidifying phenomenon of the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A wastewater processing device includes the following: a reaction tank(110) of a settling tank shape; an electrolyzer(120) and a ultrasonic generator(130) driven in processed water; a transfer pump discharging the precipitated sludge to the outside; a micro-diffuser(140) installed on the reaction tank to prevent coagulation of a scum layer floated to the top; and a plate made of a titanium plate, copper coil, a STS plate, an aluminum plate or a material coated with a platinum group.
