Provided is a receiver equipped with a selection part that selects a search subband, that is, a subband to which individual signals addressed to the device are allocated, based on a given receiver identifier of the device notified by a transmitter in advance, and an individual signal decoding part that selects the mobile station individual search band to which the individual signal addressed to the device is allocated out of the search band selected by the selection part based on the receiver identifier of the device, obtains individual signal allocation band candidates by dividing the selected mobile station individual search band into the same bandwidth, and applies decoding processing to the aforementioned transmission signals allocated to the individual allocation band candidates in order to decode the individual signals addressed to the device.
