WIRE SAW WITH 3D-SHAPED BEADS

PURPOSE: A wire saw with three-dimensional beads is provided to efficiently bear external cutting impact and pressure by adjacently installing beads and an elastic body. CONSTITUTION: A wire saw(30) with three-dimensional beads comprises a wire(31), first and second beads(33,34), an elastic body(80), and a resin coating layer(35). The first bead is bent and inserted into the wire. The second bead is adjacent to the first bead and is inserted into the wire. The elastic body connects the first and the second bead. The resin coated layer seals wire, the first bead, and the second bead with resin. The resin coated layer exposes the outer circumference of the beads. One end of the elastic body is connected to an inwardly recessed portion of the first bead and the other end is connected to an inwardly recessed portion of the second bead.
