METHOD FOR EXTRACTING IDENTITY PARAMETERS IN ELECTRIC CIRCUIT SYSTEM AND DESIGNING EQUIVALENT CIRCUITS

PURPOSE: A method for extracting identity parameters in an electric circuit system and a method to determine equivalent circuits are provided to perform system identification in terms of probability about a circuit system and extracting parameter of circuit system which is exposed to irregular noise. CONSTITUTION: A current value which is an output according to noise application of an ordinary differential equation of circuit system to be identified is calculated(S310). The moment equation of the circuit system is calculated from the calculated current value(S320). A candidate identity parameter of the circuit system inverses the moment equation and extracts the equation(S330). If the candidate identity parameter is identically maintained by approving noise which is different each other to ordinary differential equation of the circuit system, they candidate identity parameter is determined as a identity parameter for equivalent circuit(S340).
