PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition to pathogenic microorganism, containing plants or extract thereof is provided to ensure strong antibacterial activity or relatively high anti-oxidation and use antibiotics replacement. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition to pathogenic microorganism contains plants or extract thereof as an active ingredient. The plant is Citrus aurantifolia swingle(lime), Citrus aurantifolia swingle leaf(lime leaf), Morinda citrifolia L. leaf(Beach mulberry leaf), Curcuma domestica Valeton(Turmeric), Sesbania grandiflora L, Piper sarmentosum Roxb, or Cassia siamea britt(Siamea Cassia). The plant extract is isolated using water or organic solvent. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ether, diethyl ether, methylene chloride, chloroform, benzene, toluene, hexane, or acetone.
