PURPOSE: A dispensing device and a dispensing method thereof are provided to improve the process speed by using two dispensers forming an independent attaching line. CONSTITUTION: A mainframe(144) is moved in a first, a second, and a third direction about a material located in the process area. A first dispensing unit(140a) is installed in the mainframe. The first dispensing unit comprises a first dispenser(171) with a needle for a first scanning. A second dispensing unit(140b) is moved in the first, the second, and the third direction about the mainframe of the first dispensing unit. The second dispensing unit comprises a second dispenser(172) with a needle for a second scanning. The first and the second dispensers form attaching lines which are independent each other in the upper part of the member.
