PURPOSE: A device for preventing a mobile robot from falling is provided to prevent damage to a mobile robot by attaching the mobile robot on a wall using a magnetic force. CONSTITUTION: A device(20) for preventing a mobile robot from falling comprises a link(21), a main body(31), a permanent magnet(40), and a magnet restraining unit(50). The link is connected to a mobile robot attached on a wall. The main body is coupled with the link using a hinge. The permanent magnet is installed in the main body and is slid up and down. When the mobile robot is attached on the wall, the magnet restraining unit restrains the permanent magnet. When the mobile robot is separated from the wall, the magnet restraining unit releases the permanent magnet by the rotation of the link.
