FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to machines for stretch moulding of sheets in one stroke of the press. Proposed machine has pair of opposite clamping units arranged to grip sheet opposite edges for primary stretching of metal sheet to plastic state and forming it with preset curvilinear shape. Rotary assembly and deflecting cylinder interact to stretch metal sheet outer angles at, in fact, minimum elongation along sheet central line. ^ EFFECT: higher quality of parts thanks to various degrees of stretching in various zones. ^ 18 cl, 11 dwg |
