FIGURE DRAWING DEVICE, ANTI-ALIASING PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of anti-aliasing while suppressing memory capacity to be used.

SOLUTION: A division contour setting part 6 sets contour data for a divided pixel array generated by a pixel division part 5 from the coordinates of a start point and an end point of a contour line. A correction part 7 moves the predetermined number of pixels in a scanning line direction in each divided pixel row arrayed in the scanning line direction of the divided pixel array. A contraction part 8 calculates the sum of contour data in divided pixels included in a range of a divided pixel array before movement in each divided pixel row and stores the calculated sum in the column of contracted pixels corresponding to the width of one divided pixel in the scanning line direction. An adjacent pixel addition part 9 adds the value of divided pixels projected from the range of the divided pixel array before the movement to the column of contracted pixels of pixels adjacent in the projecting direction. A mask generation part 11 generates mask data indicating blotting out in accordance with the array of contracted pixels. An occupancy ratio calculation part 12 calculates a blot-out occupancy ratio by finding out the sum of products of the mask data and each contracted pixel while moving a weighting coefficient matrix.
