<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and simple method for producing a pool of biological samples that is quality assured with respect to the load with microorganisms (virus), relating to a production of a drug preparation or plasma derivative. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the pool of biological samples selected from the group consisting of plasma, serum and cell culture batches, that is quality assured with respect to the load with microorganisms such as hepatitis virus, retrovirus, parvovirus, etc., using a nucleic acid amplification method by PCR. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
