摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel cell which can effectvely prevent the adhesion, or the like, of a dissimilar material on an electrolyte membrane in respective fuel battery cells for forming a fuel cell stack, and is superior in efficiency at maintenance, such as, extraction and exchange of the fuel battery cell that has deteriorated in the performance from the fuel cell stack. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the fuel cell, in which a plurality of fuel battery cells are laminated and a gasket 8 is integrally formed at the periphery edge of the respective membrane electrode assemblies 1 and gas permeation layers 2, 3, 5, 6 laminated and one module 300 consisting of the plurality of fuel battery cells 10, ..., are formed, to form a fuel cell stack from one or a plurality of modules, and includes a first process, in which the constituent members of the module 300 other than the gasket 8 are laminated and are coupled, to form a coupling body 200 and a second process, in which the gasket 8 is formed at the periphery edge of the coupling body 200 and the module 300, in which the coupling body 200 has been integrated with the gasket 8 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
