<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a receiving-side communicating device. <P>SOLUTION: The communicating device includes a control unit 41 for selecting one of a plurality of modulating methods, a modulating unit 44 for modulating a signal by using the modulating method selected by the control unit 41, an non-adaptive modulation region calculating unit 42 for determining the transmitting power used when the signal is transmitted for each modulating method used when the signal is modulated by the modulating unit 44, and a radio communicating unit 46 for transmitting the signal modulated via the modulating unit 44 by using the transmitting power determined by the non-adaptive modulation region calculating unit 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
