<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying material applied to thermal spraying repair upon the repair of an oven, a method for producing the same and a thermal spraying-executed body, wherein the thermal spraying material employs nonconventional chemical composition, thereby the durability of the thermal spraying material and the thermal spraying-executed body is further improved, and the service life of an oven is elongated. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal spraying material is obtained by mixing 5 to 40 mass% of a graphite raw material and 60 to 75 mass% of an oxide raw material using as a binder a phenol resin in an amount of 1 to 3 mass% of the total material including the binder itself, then heat-treating the mixture at ≥900°C for ≥3 hr in a nonoxidizing atmosphere and pulverizing the obtained heat-treated body, and the thermal spraying material has a grain size of 10 to 140 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
