<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared-absorbing compound that absorbs light in a near-infrared region, does not absorb light in a region of 400-700 nm, and has excellent invisibility and high fastness. <P>SOLUTION: The light-absorbing composition comprises at least one compound selected from the group consisting of phthalocyanine compounds, naphthalocyanine compounds, diimmonium compounds, cyanine compounds, squalium compounds and croconium compounds, and a compound represented by general formula (1). In the formula, R<SP>1a</SP>and R<SP>1b</SP>are the same or different and are each independently an alkyl group, an aryl group or a heteroaryl group; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent group and at least one of them is an electron-withdrawing group; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>may be linked together to form a ring; and R<SP>4</SP>is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, a substituted boron or a metal atom, and may be bonded covalently or coordinately with R<SP>1a</SP>, R<SP>1b</SP>and/or R<SP>3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
