<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated monoperoxyketal which is liquid, can easily be handled, and can prevent the production of a cross-linked product on the production of a graft polymer or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The unsaturated monoperoxyketal is 2-methacryloyloxyethyl 3-tert-butylperoxy-3-methyloxybutyrate represented by chemical formula (1) which is a new compound. The 2-methacryloyloxyethyl 3-tert-butylperoxy-3-methyloxybutyrate is liquid at ordinary temperature, and has a peroxide content of 71.6% and an active oxygen content of 3.6%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
