PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-like member holder surly holding a rod-like part of an object with holding surfaces of both of holding parts and stabilized in the state of holding. SOLUTION: This rod-like member holder includes: a pair of elastically deformable holding parts H; a belt-like connecting part J connecting both the holding parts H to each other; and a support mechanism supporting each of the holding parts H freely to turn and reciprocate around a turning axis x. A state of releasing and a state of holding that the connecting part J is pushed rearward than the turning axis x by a bar-like member of the object in a condition wherein the axial direction is in parallel with the turning axis x, and that the pair of holding parts H are respectively turned inward to grip a part of the rod-like member more than a half of the circumference thereof by pressure-contact of both the holding parts H with the connecting part J can be changed by elastically deforming both the holding parts H and the connecting part J. Both the holding parts H are formed so that at least a width of holding surfaces H2a thereof in the turning axis x-direction is larger than a width of the connecting part J in the turning axis x-direction.
