PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical steering force transmission device for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The steering force transmission device has a first shaft 88; a second shaft 64 disposed so as to be displaceable by a predetermined distance d from the first shaft; and a rotation transmission mechanism having (a) a protruding portion 122 of the first shaft 88 that protrudes in the rotation axis direction of the first shaft 88 at a position L from a rotation axis by the distance; and (b) a groove 150 that is formed at the edge of the second shaft, making the protruding portion 122 engaged with the guide passage 150 to transmit the rotation of the second shaft 64 to the first shaft 88 while changing a difference in the rotational phase of the two shafts. The protruding portion 122 is rotatable and includes a pair of contact surfaces 128 arranged opposite to each of a pair of side wall surfaces 152 for demarcating the groove 150, and the contact surfaces 128 slide in the groove 150 while being brought into contact with the side wall surfaces 152.
