PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device which is easy to manufacture and is inexpensive and can reduce a power feeding loss and broadening a frequency band, and to provide an array antenna device provided with the same. SOLUTION: In the antenna device 10, a foamed material 12, a rigid board 13, a foamed material 14 and a parasitic element 15 are sequentially provided on a ground plate 11 with a recessed part 11a formed, a feed element 16 and a feed line 17 are formed on a bottom face of the rigid board 13, the thickness of the foamed material 12 is set so as to minimize the total losses of a copper loss and a radiation loss, and an inverted microstrip line is formed to reduce a dielectrics loss.
