<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stripping die with a chip swirling preventing mechanism, improved so as to prevent punched chips punched and separated from a product from being swirled on the product or a female die. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Of the male die A1 and the female die A2 of the stripping die A separating the punched chips b from the product part B of a sheet S, the male die A1 includes chip push-out members 2 arranged along the developed shape of the product B, and chip pressing members 3 skewering and retaining the punched chips b when the chips b are punched out and separated from the product part B by the chip push-out members. Moreover, the female die A2 is formed in a shape similar to the developed shape of the product part B so as to support the entire of the product part B on the front side, and the female die includes chip receiving parts 13, 14 receiving and locking the punched and separated chips b on the backside of the female die A2 so as not to be swirled on the female die A2 when the chips b are punched and separated on the backside of the female die A2 from the product B by the chip push-out members 2.
