PURPOSE: A container stopper having a hole in which cloth and a net are attached is provided to enable a user to drink oriental elements whenever the user drinks the water and to prevent all kinds of the diseases by recycling fallen fruits. CONSTITUTION: A container stopper having a hole in which cloth and a net(3) are attached comprises the following steps: sterilizing leaves which are not used as medicine and livers of animals and cutting ripen fallen fruits; inserting the leaves, livers, and cut fruits into a container(9) and pouring water into the water; inserting a container stopper having a hole in which the clothe and the net are attached into the container; aging the contents of the container at 1°C; and obtaining only medical materials using the container stopper(10) having the hole in which the cloth and the net are attached.
