MEDICINE CONTAINING DOPAMINE D2-LIKE RECEPTOR AGONIST AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT AND SCREENING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine effective for a disease (e.g. multiple sclerosis) caused by the excessive reaction of Th2 or Th17 of a helper T cell, and to provide an effective screening method of the medicine.

SOLUTION: The medicine for treating or preventing the disease caused by the excessive reaction of the Th2 or the Th17 contains a dopamine D2-like receptor agonist as an active ingredient. The screening method of the medicine uses the bond to the dopamine D2-like receptor and/or the active effect on the dopamine D2-like receptor as an indicator. Especially, at least one of pramipexole hydrochloride hydrate and ropinirole hydrochloride is preferable as the medicine.
