<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for training the power of concentration, sighting force, a firearm operating method, etc. matching the individual ability of a trainee by providing a shooting training device with a plurality of training patterns to suppress the lowering of eagerness for shooting training that tends to be monotonous. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a start sensor detects the shooting start of a shooter in a shooting device having a target appearing/disappearing mechanism, a controller opens a target at random timing (F14).
