PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow valve restricting influence of a pressure change of a fluid and adaptable to a large flow quantity by using drag applied to a valve element by a flow of the fluid. SOLUTION: A valve element 11 arranged in a fluid flow passage 14 is constituted so that a pressure receiving area of an upstream surface of the valve element 11 and a pressure receiving area of a downstream surface thereof, to which the static pressure of the fluid before reducing the hydraulic pressure thereof is applied, and a pressure receiving area of the upstream surface of the valve element 11 and a pressure receiving surface of the downstream surface thereof, to which the static pressure of the fluid after reducing the hydraulic pressure is applied, are equal to each other. Drag D applied to the valve element 11 by the flow of the fluid is balanced with the urging force of a spring 13 for urging the valve element 11 in a direction for taking a balance with the drag D to change a cross sectional area of a flow passage opening part 12 formed along the moving direction of the valve element 11.
